CIVIL REGISTRY - Reports Of Marriage

The Report of Marriage is a declaration of the marriage between Filipino citizens  and a foreigner solemnized outside the Philippines.  The marriage must be registered with the Philippine Foreign Service Post (Embassy or Consulate) of the country where the marriage was solemnized.

Monday until Friday 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Close during Holidays.

1. Marriage Certificate Original ( English translation) with Apostile/MFA-Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cyprus.
2. Copy Marriage License (Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage),.
3. Fill up the Application form ROM-Report of Marriage. 
4. If more than 1 year (fill up the Affidavit of Late Registration of Marriage.
5. Copy Valid Passport both Parties.
6. Pay the Amount:

Non- Marriage License Certify of Legal Capacity 

1. Birth  Certificate, Singleness, Annulment, Widow and Advisory with the Red Ribbon From the DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs). Original and Copies.
2. Copy Husband Passport and Status (Single,Divorce, Widow Eng'g Translation). 
3. Original Marriage Certificate with Apostile and Stamp by MFA ( Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
4. Personal Appearance and Fill-up the Application Form (ROM).
5. Pay The Amount.
